During an official engagement in Saudi Arabia, AG Ceesay paid a courtesy visit to the President of the General Court of Audit (H.E. Dr. Hussam Alangari) as part of efforts to establish strong bilateral cooperation between the GCA and the NAO for capacity building support.

H.E Dr. Alangari expresses his delight for the meeting and his commitment to strengthen the partnership between the two SAIs; an objective that aligns with the INTOSAI and AFROSAI-E.

AG Ceesay was also taken on a tour of the Saudi Centre for Financial and Performance Auditing which specializes in capacity building of its staff, auditees and staff of other supreme audit institutions.

Both SAIs would develop an MoU for Technical Assistance to further cement the partnership.
