NAO Held an orientation workshop for National Assembly Finance and Public Accounts Committee and the Public Enterprises Committee on its Mandate and Work

On Saturday July 2, 2022 the National Audit Office held a one-day orientation with the FPAC and PEC of the 6^th Legislature of the Gambia National Assembly. The workshop was organized to sensitize the new Members and their staff on the mandate and work of the NAO including status of some of the public institutions audits carried out by the NAO. As the National Assembly is the oversight and reporting body of the NAO, the workshop also served as an initiative to further strengthen the relationship between National Assembly and the NAO.
